Halfway point between Jubako and Utsuwa

Is it the nature of people who love pottery to want to use them like Jubako(Japanese lacquer box) when they see straight, sheer tabelware? Packed with simmered dish and Chirashi-sushi , how about making it the star of your special day? You can also use it for everyday use by putting boiled fish and regular vegetables.

All Selene's plates are oven-safe. Since it is called cocotte, it is of course good to use for oven dishes such as gratin. While valuing the tradition of Kasama ware, Selene's work pursues "modern folk art", so I think it goes well with both Japanese and Western cuisine.
