A flat plate with an indescribably beautiful shimmering crest. It has a perfect circle and a stately shape.
The flat plates that Mr. Nakajima makes stand straight up and are slightly taller. This is because the ease of use is considered. You can grip it firmly when you put out or pull out the food, and it has a sense of stability.
*Kinyu: A pattern of cracks on the surface of the glaze.

Pale blue and pretty Itchin pattern
The glaze is mixed with ash that can be taken from a wood stove, and the natural glaze tone of wood ash is utilized. Gosu's blue color is not too strong and has a gentle atmosphere.
The inside of the vessel is decorated with a pretty Itchin decoration. The pattern, which is reminiscent of plants that grow vigorously in spring, adds an elegant touch to your dishes.
*Itchin: A technique of drawing lines and patterns using an eyedropper. It is characterized by its plump texture.
Gosu's blue color has different nuances depending on the part.
